On the 31st of March 2015 during AIM (Annual investment forum in Dubai) the Russian Investment Agency “Invest in Russia” (hereinafter “RIA”) and the Russian Business Council in the Middle East and Africa (hereinafter “CPR”) have signed an agreement. 26.02.2015 An Agreement on Cooperation was signed between the Russian Investment Agency and Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency
On February, 25 2015 in Moscow, during an official visit to Russia of the President of the Republic of Cyprus Nicos Anastasiades, a memorandum was signed between the Russian Investment Agency “Invest in Russia” (RIA) and Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency (CIPA). The document was signed by the President of RIA Yury Spiridonov and the CEO of CIPA Christodoulos Angastiniotis. The signing ceremony was attended by the leaders of both countries – the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and the President of the Republic of Cyprus Nicos Anastasiades.

On November 27, 2014, on the eve of the official visit of the Russian President Vladimir Putin to Turkey, the Russian Investment Agency (RIA) made a presentation of the investment potential of Russian regions in the framework of the 15th International Fair of free associations of industrialists and businessmen MÜSİAD. MÜSİAD-2014 exhibition held in Istanbul on 25-30 November 2014 is one of the largest fairs in the region. It is attended by more than 500 companies, 7 000 foreign businessmen from 102 countries, 200 000 visitors. The welcoming speech at the opening ceremony was made by the President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
