An agreement was signed between the Russian Investment Agency and St. Petersburg

On April 6, 2015 at the Investment Council under the Governor of St. Petersburg in Smolny Palace an agreement on cooperation was signed between the City of St. Petersburg and the Russian Investment Agency. The agreement was signed by the Governor Georgy Poltavchenko and the President of the Russian Investment Agency Yury Spiridonov.

The purpose of this agreement is to develop a strategic partnership and establish long-term comprehensive cooperation in the field of investment in the economy of St. Petersburg.

In the framework of cooperation the Agency will help the city to promote the image and investment opportunities of the northern capital, as well as contribute to the active involvement of investors in the real sector of economy of St. Petersburg.
